Board of Directors:

The League is governed by a 16 member Board of Directors, two of whom are President and President elect.  The Board of Directors evaluates overall JLO policy; maintains general control of JLO affairs, funds and properties; is the final authority for admission to and removal from membership; establishes and administrates long-range planning; interprets the By-Laws; and manages personnel issues of the organization.  Board meetings are held the 1st Monday of every month and are open to all members unless the President specifically closes the meeting.
